    • Reliable transportation within Savannah metro area
    • Background check clearance
    Preferred qualifications
    • 1+ year of in-home or long-term care experience
    • Medication technician certification
    • Experience supporting clients with dementia or Parkinson's

    Registered Nurse (RN)

    Savannah, GA Part-time · Per Diem In-Home

    We're looking for an RN to perform care assessments, create individualized care plans, and provide clinical oversight for our growing client roster. You'll work alongside Shannon directly — this is a hands-on clinical role, not a supervisory desk position.

    Minimum qualifications
    • Active Georgia RN license in good standing
    • CPR/BLS certification (current)
    • Experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care
    • Strong written documentation skills
    Preferred qualifications
    • 2+ years home health or private duty nursing experience
    • Familiarity with Georgia PHCP licensing requirements
    • Experience conducting initial client assessments

    Home Health Companion

    This role is for people who are genuinely good at being present. You'll provide non-medical companionship, light household assistance, and transportation — and you'll be the consistent face a family relies on. That consistency matters more than a long resume.

    Minimum qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Background check clearance
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Preferred qualifications
    • Prior caregiving, home health aide, or companion experience
    • CPR/First Aid certification
    • Patience and comfort working with elderly adults
